Psychosocial recovery coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches draw on both lived and professional experience of mental health to support people with psychosocial disability to build confidence, independence, and resilience. Working one-on-one with you, they help design and implement a personalised recovery plan that reflects your goals and supports your wellbeing.

Recovery coaches also work closely with your family, carers, and services to make sure everything is connected—from NDIS supports and health services through to community and recreational activities. Whether it’s developing life skills, strengthening relationships, joining social groups, or planning for study and work, your coach is there to guide and support you along the way.

The focus is on empowering you to manage daily challenges, build on your strengths, and create a fulfilling life that feels right for you.
