Important ‘fun’ time for young people at risk of developing a mental health challenge

Helping Minds school holiday programs offer a safe, positive space during the holidays. The programs reduce stress and isolation, build a sense of belonging, and help kids connect with peers through fun, structured activities. With gentle guidance from trained staff, participants strengthen confidence, learn practical coping strategies, and build protective skills that support wellbeing early—before problems become more serious.
