Mind Dance

Mind Dance

Through dance movement explore strategies to support mental health & wellbeing.

Mind Dance aims to exercise our brains and bodies in a creative and supportive environment. Participants work through a series of physical exercises designed to target all parts of the brain. Participants can choose to complete exercises sitting, standing or moving through the space. This is an opportunity for participants to escape the stress and busyness of everyday life and take some time to reconnect with yourself.

This is a movement class with not pressure to be perfect! It’s about listening to great tunes, helping our bodies and minds to feel more energised and less tense, and connecting with ourselves and others.

Please note, no previous dance experience is required.
